Project Manager

Each project is handled by a single project manager who can provide clients with advice and answer any questions they may have, even for the most complex projects. The PM organises the various stages in the translation process, mobilises the necessary resources and skills, and coordinates all the work to ensure that the service fits the client’s requirements exactly. Working closely with the client, the PM establishes and updates a joint knowledge base as well as monitoring consistency and compliance with instructions. An in-house application enables the PM to select the most appropriate translators available to meet specific requirements (media, volume, lead times, languages, specialist knowledge, etc.).

Translator

Selected for their skills and attention to detail, our translators and reviewers work in their own specialist areas. They are all professionals, translating solely into their mother tongue and complying with tried and tested working procedures. They can provide proof of high-level tertiary education (higher-grade technicians, engineers, specialist colleges, etc.) and have professional experience in their specialist area.

Interpreter

We can provide conference and business interpreters. To guarantee the excellent quality of these services, we work with a network of highly-qualified expert interpreters.

External contractors

STT only works with professionals who comply with current legal obligations. A framework contract signed with all our suppliers contains all the obligations incumbent upon us vis-à-vis our clients.
